My first appointment with Beryl was hands down the best healthcare experience I have had in my whole adult life. All together I was there for 1.5 hours. Zero minutes waiting throughout the whole appointment. She listened, documented and investigated every concern thoroughly. I left feeling secure that my health was in her hands. I am a new patient with Dr Thompson. I have been struggling off and on with Diabetes. She addressed my concerns and agreed with the one thing I have been saying for quite some time: I need insulin, along with the GLP-1 injections. We have a new regimen in place. So far, I am feeling great.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor listened carefully, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. PUT it this way. Dr Beryl is so wonderful that I pay cash out of pocket to have her as my GP. this year she was not in network, and she is staying my doctor! you can be honest with her, she listens, she lets you have opinions, she is caring. I honestly do not have a negative thing to say. her office staff are wonderful also. beautiful new facility in Jacksonville. Dr. Beryl, is the full package!
